All our sites receive electronic tags for our guards to patrol where you need protecting and provide evidence of our visits in the form of monthly reports.

6. Whenever you receive a new guard, he/she will be brought to site with a manager or Current guard to meet you and receive training specific to your site.
7. We can install barcode tags located discretely throughout the property. When an officer is on a tour of duty, he must record stopping at specific locations by scanning the barcode with a reader. This information is uploaded periodically and reported to ensure our officers are performing their duties with exactness. This service is subject to a site survey and facilities to send/receive data.
8. We schedule regular site visits during the night from a supervisor to support our guards working alone, ensure a high level of service and gain feedback on working conditions.
9. We believe that policies and procedures are paramount in the security industry. On receiving a contract, we request a meeting with our clients to create assignment instruction and establish proper procedures and policies to ensure we manage the security for your property with exactness and reduce errors and problems.
